I keep my late-night phone time pretty tame these days—mostly Reddit rabbit holes about urban legends or unsolved mysteries from the 90s. If I start feeling restless I’ll switch to a white noise app with ocean waves or rain on a tent, put the phone face down, and just breathe for ten minutes. Works better than fighting the thoughts. On really wired nights I do a quick body scan meditation from an app I have bookmarked—takes about 12 minutes and usually gets me drowsy enough to actually close my eyes. Been sleeping better since I stopped letting the screen dictate where my mind wanders.
