Yeah, I’ve actually been in the same spot not too long ago. At first I was also unsure if using tools like that would kind of “replace” my own thinking, but it turned out to be the opposite. When I started reviewing hands with a solver, I realized that many of my decisions were based more on habit than actual logic. The tool didn’t tell me what to do in real time, but it helped me understand why certain plays are stronger than others. Over time, it actually improved my intuition instead of weakening it, because I started recognizing patterns and thinking more in terms of ranges rather than single hands.
