Anyone else caught off-guard by big name retailer woes?

      I used to trust established big-box stores for appliances, assuming they’d honor warranties and handle repairs. But lately I’m hearing stories that have me second guessing. Have you had an experience where a major retailer let you down when it really mattered?

      I bought a washer from one of the big brands, expecting dependable service if anything went wrong. But when it started leaking a few months later, the repair process turned into a nightmare. Appointments got canceled, part orders were delayed for weeks, and ultimately the issue wasn’t resolved.
