DateMyAge messages never delivered

      Sent several introductory messages to matches on DateMyAge, yet they never appeared in their inboxes, even though my outbox shows them as “Sent.” I logged out and back in, tried on mobile and desktop, and even refreshed the app, but nothing changed. I submitted my account handle, message timestamps, and screenshots of the blank inbox but received no reply. Has anyone managed to get undelivered DateMyAge messages to go through and what details finally convinced the team to investigate?
