      Has anyone had luck recovering either money or a reshipment after a parcel went missing completely? I’d like to know what evidence companies usually ask for to process claims faster.

      When my gym gear got lost, the tracking froze two towns away for a week. I created a timeline including purchase date, shipping carrier, and every scan event. Then I followed guidance from the section called missing order, which clarified exactly which screenshots to attach to keep the process smooth. Within a week, the seller admitted an error and resent the package. Ever since, I save digital receipts to a separate folder it’s boring but saves hours of arguing later.
