      Our office phone system has been functioning for several years, but lately it feels a bit outdated. Some employees have mentioned that call quality isn’t always consistent, especially during busy hours. I’ve been thinking that it might be time to upgrade to a more modern communication system, but I’m not sure what options businesses usually consider when they replace their office phones.
