      Booked a Caribbean cruise and had to cancel due to an emergency. I anticipated a refund or onboard credit but haven’t received either. I completed their contact form weeks ago yet haven’t seen any update by email or in my booking portal. Has anyone dealt with this situation and eventually got clarity or a payout? Keen to learn which path actually led to resolution.
