      I’ve been going to the gym consistently for a couple of years now, and while I’ve seen some improvements, I’m starting to feel like my progress has plateaued. I see guys in there who are absolutely massive, and I can’t help but wonder what they’re doing differently. Is it just genetics, or are there specific supplements or techniques that really make a difference?       Something that always strikes me is how much the fitness world is driven by trends and marketing. You see these influencers pushing the latest supplements, but it’s hard to know what’s genuinely effective and what’s just hype. And what worked for someone else might not necessarily work for you because everyone’s body is different. I think solid nutrition, consistent training, and adequate rest are the most important factors at the end of the day.
