The technician arrived right at the beginning of the window and got everything wired up in under 45 minutes. The modem connected quickly, and I was up and running before lunch. The signal’s been stable so far, but I’m wondering how responsive their customer service is for account changes or speed upgrades. Does anyone have experience adjusting plans mid-contract? I’d rather avoid starting over just to get more bandwidth if I don’t have to.
