Xfinity Internet Was Ready Fast

      Moved into a new place last month and scheduled Xfinity to get me set up before starting remote work. The technician arrived right at the beginning of the window and got everything wired up in under 45 minutes. The modem connected quickly, and I was up and running before lunch. The signal’s been stable so far, but I’m wondering how responsive their customer service is for account changes or speed upgrades. Does anyone have experience adjusting plans mid-contract? I’d rather avoid starting over just to get more bandwidth if I don’t have to.

      Set up Xfinity service at the start of the year for a small household where streaming and video calls happen daily. Install went smooth, and the speed was exactly what I needed. Based on that, I upgraded online through their account portal, and the new speed was live within the hour. Didn’t need to swap hardware or restart anything. It’s been a solid option so far, especially with how fast changes can be made digitally.
