Evenings for me are all about low-effort wind-downs now that the kids are finally asleep. I open a couple recipe blogs to plan tomorrow’s meals, then switch to a meditation app with rain sounds because my brain won’t shut up otherwise. If I’m feeling creative I’ll pull up some woodworking tutorials on YouTube—nothing intense, just watching people build stuff calms me down. On weekends I add in a tab for local event listings to see if there’s anything fun coming up nearby. Keeps the routine simple and gives me something small to look forward to without overcommitting.
