Something that always strikes me is how much the fitness world is driven by trends and marketing. You see these influencers pushing the latest supplements, but it’s hard to know what’s genuinely effective and what’s just hype. And what worked for someone else might not necessarily work for you because everyone’s body is different. I think solid nutrition, consistent training, and adequate rest are the most important factors at the end of the day.
