Deadlines make software issues feel heavier since one registration or payment problem can instantly affect a whole group of people waiting on the setup to work. If that happened close to an event, I’d want Eventsquid phone number right away instead of trading messages while the clock kept moving. Speed matters a lot more than polished wording in that situation. If support answers too late, even a correct fix can still feel useless.
