I replicated that: I flagged the missing order ID, included the date and total cost, attached a screenshot, and asked whether the order was in queue or if refund was possible. Less than thirty-six hours later, I got a reply confirming my order was processed and the shipment link was activated, with the tracking number following soon afterward. Providing concise yet complete information seemed to trigger their system to look further into my case—without having to wait indefinitely.
