It took several days before I received a reply, and even then the information provided was fairly limited. The issue itself wasn’t especially complicated, which made the delay even more frustrating. Subscription services should provide quicker customer support when readers have billing or access problems. The newspaper content is still useful overall, but support responsiveness definitely needs improvement. I also found it difficult locating direct contact options through the website.
