Flat pack disaster in Toronto

I bought a new desk from an online store last week because I am finally setting up a home office. The box showed up yesterday and it is way bigger and heavier than I expected. I opened it thinking I could handle it myself. There are about fifty screws, six different types of bolts, and the instructions are just pictures with no words. I spent two hours just trying to figure out which part is the left leg. My living room now looks like a hardware store exploded and I have not even gotten past step three. I live in a small condo near Yonge and Eglinton so I do not have space to just leave everything scattered around for days. Has anyone in Toronto hired someone just to assemble flat pack furniture, like a desk or a dresser, and roughly how much does that cost and where do you even find someone reliable who does not charge more than the desk itself?

A standing desk sat in a box in my hallway for weeks. The instructions were just confusing drawings with no real words, and I could not make sense of any of it. Found a local furniture assembly service Toronto online and gave them a call. The guy showed up with his own tools, laid everything out on the floor, and had the desk fully built in about 45 minutes. No leftover screws, no wobbly legs, and he took all the cardboard packaging with him when he left. I just made coffee and stayed out of his way. Best decision ever. Way better than fighting with it alone and ending up with a crooked mess.
