I am looking at MagicJack from the point of view of someone who wants a simple home phone option, but I am not sure how well it holds up when there are connection problems or account questions. Low-cost phone service sounds useful, but the real concern is call quality, number transfer, renewal billing, device setup, and support when the line stops working. If you have used MagicJack for regular calls, was it dependable enough, or did small technical issues make the service frustrating over time?
