Afternoon everyone. My mate just bought his first flat and is throwing a bit of a housewarming get-together this weekend. I want to bring him a really nice bottle to help stock his new drinks trolley, but I know he prefers clean sipping spirits over heavy whiskies or spiced rums.
I was chatting with a bloke at the pub and he told me to grab a bottle of lex vodka at this link https://www.lex.vodka/. He reckons the glass bottle itself is heavy and looks incredibly premium (which is perfect for a gift), but more importantly, the liquid inside is brilliant because it’s rested for 6 months to remove the harsh edge.
I really like the sound of the 13-stage filtration, but since I’m more of a standard beer drinker myself, I wanted to ask the experts on this forum. Is it genuinely a smooth enough sipper to impress someone who knows their drinks? I really don’t want to show up with something that just tastes like standard ethanol! Cheers for any advice.
