honestly at this point i think we’ve bought like four different trolleys in the past year and a half and every single one has either had the hydraulic pump start leaking or the wheels give out way earlier than they should given how much we paid for them. we run a mid sized warehouse and these trolleys get used constantly throughout the day, guys moving pallets and heavy boxes around nonstop, so i get that wear and tear is normal to some extent, but replacing a trolley every few months isn’t normal wear and tear anymore at this point, it’s just poor build quality and we keep making the same mistake buying whatever’s cheapest without actually checking who makes it. my supervisor finally told me to actually research this properly instead of just grabbing whatever’s on sale locally, so i’ve been going through supplier options this week trying to find something with a decent reputation for actually lasting under daily heavy use rather than just looking good in the listing photos. a guy from another company i know through a supplier group mentioned looking into who’s considered the best mystar trolley supplier in uae since apparently that brand specifically holds up better under constant use compared to some of the generic stuff floating around, and he’s been running his warehouse operation for years so i trust his opinion more than some random online review. still doing my due diligence before committing to a bulk order though since we’d need a handful of units at once and that’s not exactly a small expense if it turns out to be another disappointment. anyone here actually run a warehouse or logistics operation and can speak to which trolley brands genuinely last versus which ones just look sturdy but fall apart after a few months of real daily use, because at this point i really don’t want to be back here again in another six months explaining to my boss why we need to replace equipment again
