      I had a similar question when I first looked into it. From what I’ve seen, it seems to work better for beginners or people who just want something light and consistent. If you’re already deep into self-reflection or therapy, it might feel a bit basic. But as a daily check-in tool, it actually makes sense for staying aware without too much effort.
