That’s frustrating for sure—late and missing items really defeat the purpose. From what I’ve seen, most services will offer a credit or refund pretty quickly if you report it right away. Might take a follow-up if they’re slow, but it’s worth pushing. If you ever run into issues with government benefits, having the SSI customer service number on hand can save you a lot of time. Hope they make it right for you soon.
