      Meal delivery showed up late and one of the items was missing, which kind of ruins the whole idea of planning meals in advance. Reporting it was simple enough, but the real question is how they handle these situations after that. Do they usually compensate quickly or does it take multiple messages to sort things out?

      That’s frustrating for sure—late and missing items really defeat the purpose. From what I’ve seen, most services will offer a credit or refund pretty quickly if you report it right away. Might take a follow-up if they’re slow, but it’s worth pushing. If you ever run into issues with government benefits, having the SSI customer service number on hand can save you a lot of time. Hope they make it right for you soon.
