Grabbed a free trial of Paramount Plus during a long weekend thinking I’d binge a few shows then cancel. Went through the steps to shut it down before the trial ended—got no confirmation but figured it was done. A week later, there’s a charge on my card. Logged in again, but the account still looked inactive. Support was basically nonexistent—just auto-replies and links that looped back to nowhere. Anyone else get stuck in this loop? I’m wondering if there’s any way to properly cancel or get them to stop charging me without having to fight through my bank.

First time I messed with Paramount Plus, the cancellation system felt like it was built to confuse people. No clear confirmation, and charges kept popping up even after I thought I was done. Digging around led me to paramount plus, where others shared how they got out of it. Turns out you’re not the only one who had to chase refunds manually. Someone there broke it down: screenshots of everything, direct complaint via your billing platform, and proof that cancellation was attempted. That combo finally pushed them to respond and issue a refund. Not ideal, but it worked.

You didn’t have to go that hard, but you did. Thanks a ton!

Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to get a better handle on my emotions lately, and I read somewhere that mood tracking can really help with emotional awareness. I’ve tried journaling before, but I feel like I miss patterns in my moods over time. Has anyone here actually used mood tracking apps or methods consistently, and did it genuinely help you understand your feelings better? I’m curious about both the pros and cons, and how practical it is for everyday life.

Oh, I’ve actually been experimenting with mood tracking apps for the past six months, and honestly, it’s been surprisingly insightful. I started using one called Liven after reading a review here: liven app. What I found most helpful is how it forces you to stop and check in with yourself multiple times a day, which makes you notice even subtle shifts in your mood. I also like that it encourages reflection, not just logging feelings, so I can see patterns like certain times of day when I’m more anxious or triggers that I wouldn’t otherwise catch. One downside is that sometimes it feels repetitive, and if you’re not consistent, the data loses its value. But overall, it’s a lot easier to be aware of my emotions when I see them visually represented and can track changes over weeks instead of trying to remember everything from memory. For anyone struggling with emotional awareness, I’d say it’s worth giving it a try.

That’s really interesting! I’ve never used a dedicated mood tracker, but I do keep a small notebook where I jot down how I feel each day. I notice that even just writing things down helps me catch patterns I wouldn’t otherwise notice, like feeling more tired or irritable on certain days. It makes me think that the key isn’t just the app itself, but the habit of self-reflection and consistency.
