Grocery problems don’t sound huge until they hit on the exact day you needed things to go smoothly and now the time you meant to save is already gone. In that kind of situation, I’d go straight to Kroger phone number instead of poking around the app while a missing item, wrong charge, or pickup mess keeps stretching out. The whole point of the service is convenience. Once support starts eating more time than the original problem, people stop seeing it as a helpful shortcut.
