I applied for Q Link Wireless service and was approved quickly. They said a SIM card would be mailed within a week. That was three weeks ago. I’ve emailed support twice and tried calling, but I can’t get through to a real person. The automated system just loops me back to the main menu. I need the SIM to activate my phone, and without it, I’m stuck. Has anyone else experienced delays in receiving their SIM card from Q Link? How did you resolve the issue?
