Hi this is Joseph and I wanted to know what’s up with my digital subscription that I started at Aug 15, 2022, with issue 296 for up to six issues.
so far, I have issue 296, 297, 298(x3), & 299. It says I have 5 more days, but I only got four issues but three 298 issues and wanted to know if it somehow glitch out counting that I have six issues but only receive four different issues! the next two issue that I should be getting is 300 and 301.
I wanted to know so that you could try to fix this error that seems to be happening to my account.
I started with issue 296 and should end at issue 301, please write back to inform me what’s going on with my account?
I checked in [email protected] seems to be working. Not sure what the issue was. I went in and added 300 through 302 to your account. You should see them in your downloads tab now. Let me know if you have any further issues.
