I signed up for Q Link Wireless and was told to expect my SIM card in 7–10 days. After two weeks with no delivery, I checked https://q-link-wireless.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html and found others had similar issues. I used the contact form on their website to submit a detailed message about the delay. A few days later, I received an email confirming that a new SIM card was being sent. It arrived within a week, and I was able to activate my phone without further problems.
