I’m in the early stages of buying property in Dubai and trying to understand the legal side of the process. Some people say everything must go through a trustee office, others say it depends on the case. I don’t want to rely on assumptions, especially when large sums of money are involved. Is using a dubai land trustee office mandatory for ownership transfer, or are there situations where it can be avoided? Would appreciate hearing from someone who’s already gone through this process recently.
