Multi-account browsers are actually built for exactly this kind of workflow. Each profile runs its own separate session so you can be logged into completely different accounts at the same time without any of them interfering with each other. Worth reading up on browser session management here: https://gologin.com/blog/browser-session-management/ . Once you get your head around it you can have all your clients’ accounts open at the same time and just switch between tabs like normal browsing.

The whole hotels and short-term rentals situation when you’re constantly splitting time between two countries wears on you. At some point it just makes sense to have an actual base somewhere. Dubai’s got a few main villa areas and they feel pretty different from each other. Arabian Ranches is the most established, real neighborhood feel, Dubai Hills is newer and better planned out, Palm Jumeirah is the waterfront pick but you’re paying for the views.

European festivals definitely bring a completely different energy compared to the ones in the US. Romania is a massive country with winding roads, so you have to be ready for some aggressive local driving styles on the highways. They require an International Driving Permit for Americans, which you just pick up at AAA before leaving the states. You also need to verify the vehicle has a valid vignette, which is a digital toll pass for the national roads. The police pull foreigners over just to check those documents quite often. The agencies usually put a hefty hold on a credit card for the deposit, so double check that your limit can handle it.
